Hi there! I wanted to share my awesome experience staying at the Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Vegas or “Sin City” is frequented by millions of visitors each year for its nightlife, entertainment and hotels. Caesars Palace is inspired by, you guessed it, the famous Roman ruler Julius Caesar! Every detail in this four star hotel is curated to resemble a lavish roman palace built for royalty. I’m here to share my experience staying at this popular Vegas hotel and will rate it on the following: Room, Food, Amenities, Location and Price.
Room
During my stay, we were in a PALACE POOL VIEW ROOM located in the Palace tower. The hotel boasts 4 hotel towers, each with their own special features. The room was very spacious (500+ sqft) with an amazing views of the pool! The best features of this room was the spacious bathroom, bathtub and king size bed. There was also a large living area with couch and study area. Overall the room was clean, bed was very comfortable and it had loads of space.9/10
Food
I was very pleased with the food options in Caesars Palace. They are home to many amazing celebrity chef restaurants such as Gordon Ramsey’s Hells Kitchen, Bobby Flay’s Amalfi and Giada’s Pronto Wine Bar! You can find top tier restaurants such as Nobu as well as more affordable options in the Forum Food Court. There is also more food options in the Forum Shops area. Needless to say, you won’t go hungry when staying at Caesars 🙂 10/10
Amenities
As far as amenities go, there was plenty to do at this hotel. The gym was basic, but the pool area was very large. The Caesars Palace Pool has a total of 7 pools! Granted, you cannot go into all of them, as some require you to purchase a cabana or chair, but the remainder of the public pools were nice. The hotel also is home to the Forum Shops, an amazing mall with both luxury and retail stores from Valentino to Victoria’s Secret. The hotel is also home to Omnia Nightclub and the Vanderpump cocktail bar. You can also find a variety of entertainment shows being hosted at the Coliseum event area. 8/10
Location
Location is everything! I personally love staying on the strip, right where all the action is. Caesars Palace is located smack in the middle of the strip, right next to the Bellagio Fountains. It’s centrally located to all the other popular hotels, so hotel hopping for food options is not an issue. 10/10
Price
As far as price goes, Caesars Palace can cost an upwards of $300+ /per night depending on what day you go. Since I visited during covid (May 2021), the prices were affordable. I paid $56/night plus $50/night in resort fees. It was an average of $100/per night (taxes and fees included). That was a steal considering the amazing room we had. However, you won’t always find prices like that so for that reason I give price a 8/10.
Summary
Overall, I had a great stay a Caesars Palace! The hotel was clean and luxurious. It had plenty of dining options with a great pool area. I was able to stay here a very low rate so I’m not sure I would be able to afford to come back when prices rise. The casino area was bustling with activity with plenty of slot machines to pick from. The concierge/ staff were very nice as well. I hope this review is helpful for you for your next visit to Sin City 😉
